According to the Spanish post the admission of mail/parcels to some countries is suspended due to "lack of viable transport". This includes Australia.
Unfortunately, around 90% of international flights no longer operate due to Covid-19. Unlike the UK, there has never been a high volume of flights connecting Spain with Australia. So the dramatic drop has led to this situation.
If you placed an order, you will not receive payment instructions. You may request the cancellation of the order, or to keep it open until we can resume shipping.
