When Do We Use Super-Stealth?
For added security, we use super-stealth packaging for all non-EU destinations, including:
USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South America, Thailand, and Japan.

How Are Seeds Packaged?
Seeds are carefully concealed and packed separately from their original breeder packaging to reduce the risk of theft or customs confiscation.
Original seed bank labels or packets and available stickers are included, except for bulky or high-risk packaging such as aluminium cans, plastic boxes, and glass tubes.
Seeds are shipped in their original breeder packs only when we consider it safe for the destination country.

Please check all packaging carefully before discarding anything! Contact us if you need assistance.
If your order is delivered to a friend or family member, make sure they know to keep all packaging and handle the contents carefully.

Damaged Goods? We Have You Covered
Damages claims are dealt with as quickly as possible and we reship for free once the claim has been approved.
Please note that damaged shipments are very rare due to the care we take in packaging. In case a shipment is damaged (for example, from sorting machines at postal facilities), please contact us immediately and send a photo via email of the damaged contents.
