Tracking Your Order
1. Track the status of your order by clicking on the View Order or Track Order button in the email notifications sent to you.
2. Or use the TRACK ORDER page (top menu of website).
Enter your order # and the email you used for the purchase.
You can see what's happening from the date of ordering to delivery. This page also includes the tracking # and products you ordered.
When we receive your payment we update the payment status of your order.
Payment status is visible on the Track Order page (from April, 2021).
You can also check payment status by logging in to your customer account in the shop. Contact us if you didn't create a customer account but would like to have one.
Orders sent with Registered Air Mail or Express Delivery have a tracking number.
You receive a Shipping Notification with the track # by email. Please also check your spam box.
The shipping notification is sent to the email you used to place the order.
You can also see the track # in your customer account after the order is shipped and on the TRACK ORDER page.
If you did not sign up for an account please keep the email with your track # for future reference until you receive the delivery.
For some international destinations (USA, Australia, etc.) the track # is available 48 hrs after shipping. We send a Shipping Update via email as soon as the track # is available for your order.
Track Your Parcel On Other Sites
The track # can be used to check delivery status on the website of your national Postal Service or the Express Delivery Courier.
Once the parcel has left the country of origin you should be able to track it on the tracking service of your destination country.
Please allow a few days from the date of shipping for the parcel to be registered in your tracking service.
If the parcel has left the country of origin but cannot be tracked using your national Postal Service yet, this means the item is still in transit on its way to the destination country and hasn't been scanned through their Arrivals Hub yet.
>Online tracking of Registered Air Mail depends on the destination and is not available for all countries.
Widespread Covid-related restrictions and local lockdowns across the world continue to impact the distribution and delivery of international parcels.
The number of international flights continues to be severely impacted by the Covid crisis, with only limited space available for international letters and parcels. As a result, there may be delays in updates to tracking on your item from International Postal Carriers.
Many Postal Services have also restricted the scanning of registered mail along the transit points for safety reasons and implemented other measures to protect postal employees and customers. These measures are also in place to reduce the substantial backlogs in mail delivery since the pandemic started. The track & sign process may also be modified. For example, the postal worker may sign the parcel for you upon delivery.
