Tracking Your Order
Track Order
1. Track the status of your order by clicking on the View Order or Track Order button in the email notifications sent to you.
2. Or use the TRACK ORDER page (main menu).
Enter your order # and the email you used for the purchase.
You can see what's happening from the date of ordering to delivery. This page also includes the tracking number and products you ordered.
Please note that if any product changes are requested for the order, you won't see them on this page until fulfillment.
In the meantime, an updated copy of the order is always sent to your email so that you have all the information on what you ordered and the prices.
Payment Status
When we receive your payment we update the payment status of your order.
Payment status is visible on the Track Order page.
You can also check payment status by logging in to your customer account in the shop. Use the email in your order to log in.
Tracking Number
Orders sent with Certified Air Mail or Express Delivery have a tracking number.
You receive a Shipping Notification with the track # by email. Please also check your spam box.
The shipping notification is sent to the email you used to place the order.
You can also see the tracking number in your customer account after the order is shipped and on the TRACK ORDER page.
Track Your Parcel On Other Sites
The tracking number can be used to check delivery status on the website of your national Postal Service or the Express Delivery Courier.
Once the parcel has left the country of origin, you should be able to track it on the tracking service of your destination country.
Please allow a few days from the date of shipping for the parcel to be registered in your tracking service.
If the parcel has left the country of origin but cannot be tracked using your national Postal Service yet, it means the item is still in transit to the destination country and hasn't been scanned through their arrivals hub yet.
Online tracking depends on the destination and is not available for all countries.
There is no online tracking available for Canada, Australia & New Zealand. Canada Post and Australia Post do not offer tracking for international mail. Nevertheless, you can expect to receive your delivery safely!
