Description
Malawi Gold landrace collection is only one generation removed from the original mother plants and possesses all the properties of the "Queen of Africa". Malawi is situated in south-east Africa and home of one of the world's most psychoactive marijuana.
This specific native strain, known as Malawi Gold, grows in the north of the country on a 1200 meter high plateau and is famous for its soaring effect. In this subtropical region there is no rain for six months. But from November to April the rainy season determines the climate. During this period, the fields of Malawi cannabis plants flourish with golden hues. As can be expected from a tropical Sativa, this strain has high mold and heat resistance.
Malawi Gold feminized can be grown indoors or out and is relatively easy to cultivate. You'll need sufficient space indoor and the seedlings should be put into flowering early because of the enormous and rapid growth of the plants. The height can be further controlled through pruning or LST. A strong light source is recommended - at least comparable to 400-600W HPS - to obtain the highest yields of 600 gr/m2.
Malawi Gold has a fruity, flowery smell and taste. The effects are extremely psychoactive with a clear high without ceiling that lasts for several hours. She should be consumed carefully by beginners. This is a Sativa for the more experienced smokers and not suitable if you are prone to anxiety. The high is fast-hitting with a surge of cerebral energy that leaves you laser-focused with a sense of motivation and purpose.
