This title will only be applied to the best of the best in the breeder's opinion. Romulan Genetics will only designate a cultivar as BLC once in a blue moon, and only when something is truly deserving of the honor. All BLC packaging will come with specially designed black colored labels, which stand in contrast to their typical white background colored labels.
