I can't place an order for USA

Our annual summer break for the US has started. From April-May there are increased controls at US customs. We suspend shipping during this period to protect our customers, since we always strive to guarantee safe delivery. Unfortunately, these measures remain necessary as long as the federal govt does not legalize marijuana, or at least remove it as Schedule I drug and provide new guidelines for CBP on the import of THC-rich cannabis seeds.

Everything we do has only one objective: to ensure that you can purchase with confidence and peace of mind in our shop.

You are welcome to place your order when we resume services in September. Thanks for your understanding! 🙏


When we are operational for US shipping:

Please make sure you reach the minimum order amount of 35 Euro* before going to checkout.

We currently do NOT ship to Florida (we hope this will change in future), Virgin Islands, Guam and other military bases. You can use a mail forwarding service or friend/family address in another state. Please contact us directly to place your order.

EUROPE (incl. Ukraine & Russia), USA, CANADA, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND, SOUTH AMERICA, SOUTH AFRICA*, CENTRAL ASIA, JAPAN, THAILAND, MOST ISLAND STATES

We currently do NOT ship to American Armed Forces (Guam, etc), Virgin Islands, Asia (except Japan & Thailand), India, Nepal, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Turkey, Arab peninsula, Middle East, Israel, Serbia.

Are you missing our email messages?

There can be several reasons why you have not heard back. There could be a typo in your customer email. Our support email may be blocked as spam by your email provider. Or your mail box could be full...

Are you missing payment instructions?

Please look through your inbox and spam folder for our email on completing your payment. If you have been billed through Paypal you receive an invoice as well. Please wait for payment info if you sent an order outside of our office hours (see below). Contact us if you don't receive news within 1 work day: support@mandalaseeds.com

Are you missing a copy of your order?
Please look through your inbox and spam folder for the order copy sent automatically after you complete checkout.

If you can't find an order copy:
1. The items may still be in the shopping cart. Please return to the shop to complete checkout.
2. The email you used was incorrect and you can't be reached.

Office hours

We usually work 7 days a week, but these are our official times:

Mo-Fr 10-19:00 CET, Saturday 11-14:00 CET (Madrid). If you place an order on Sunday please allow until Monday for payment instructions and billing.

Customers outside of Europe: make sure your order reaches the minimum order amount of 35 Euro-45 Euro, otherwise checkout won't work.

How do I track my order?

1. Use our TRACK ORDER page to conveniently see updates on order status. This includes confirmation that your order is PAID. You don't need a customer account to use this service.

2. If you have a customer account you can login on our site and see when the order is paid and the tracking number after it has been shipped.

3. When your order is mailed you receive a shipping notification by email with a tracking number. Sometimes this email gets sorted into spam or promotions folders so be sure to take a look in there too.

4. When the parcel arrives in your country, you can also consult status on the website of your postal service.

*Please note that sometimes the tracking can take a day or two to be updated by the carrier. If it looks like its not moving, chances are its on its way!

Most mail carriers provide reliable tracking updates, in which case you also receive an 'out for delivery' and a 'delivered' notification directly to your email.

How can I pay?

Payments are processed manually and are discreet, fast, and safe for all our customers around the world.

Please send your order and wait for our payment link and instructions.

We respond as soon as possible during our office hours Monday-Saturday. Due to the time zone difference between Europe and other continents there may be a delay of a few hours in response time.
