Do I get free seeds?

Yes! Free seeds are included with every order, no matter how small. You also receive promotional seeds if your order qualifies. We always carry fresh stock of high quality freebies (feminized and regular) to suit all tastes.

Free seeds are added by our expert team depending on what products you choose to ensure the strain actually meets your needs. For example, outdoor-north growers receive an outdoor strain, etc. 

You can also pick a freebie yourself on our Free Seeds page.

(Please note that promo seeds are only available if you buy a variety from that seed bank.)

How can I pay?

We have the following payments to choose from at checkout:
Bank transfer, Credit/debit card, Paypal, Bitcoin, Cash, Western Union, Remitly, Wise transfer

Payments are processed manually and are discreet. 

Please send your order and wait for our payment instructions. We respond as soon as possible during our office hours Monday-Saturday. Due to the time zone difference between Europe and other continents there may be a delay of a few hours in response time.

Please feel free to send us a message and we'll notify you when you can order it again. 
There is also a Back in Stock notification button on the product pages of popular strains. Enter your email in the text field and you'll be automatically notified.

How do I track my order?

1. Use our TRACK ORDER page to conveniently see updates on order status. This includes confirmation that your order is PAID. You don't need a customer account to use this service.

2. If you have a customer account you can login on our site and see when the order is paid and the tracking number after it has been shipped.

3. When your order is mailed you receive a shipping notification by email with a tracking number. Sometimes this email gets sorted into spam or promotions folders so be sure to take a look in there too.

*Please note that sometimes the tracking can take a day or two to be updated by the carrier. If it looks like its not moving, chances are its on its way! 

Most mail carriers provide reliable tracking updates, in which case you also receive an 'out for delivery' and a 'delivered' notification directly to your email.

Are you missing our email messages? Our support email may be blocked as spam by your email provider. Please add us to your Contacts: support@mandalaseeds.com and send a message so that we can help you with your order.

Are you missing payment instructions?

Please look through your inbox and spam folder for our email on completing your payment. If you have been billed through Paypal you receive an invoice as well. Please wait for payment info if you sent an order outside of our office hours (see below). Contact us if you don't receive news within 1 work day: support@mandalaseeds.com

Are you missing a copy of your order?
Please look through your inbox and spam folder for the order copy sent automatically after you complete checkout.

If you can't find an order copy:
1. The items may still be in the shopping cart. Please return to the shop to complete checkout.
2. The email you used was incorrect and you can't be reached.

We currently do NOT ship to Florida and Guam - you can use a mail forwarding service or friend/family address in another state, contact us directly to place your order

I can't place an order/the shopping cart is not working.

The shop is closed for our seasonal summer break until OCTOBER 1st, 2023

During this time we're out of office attending to seed bank projects & tanking fresh energy for the next season!

The reopening date will be confirmed by Newsletter and in our Blog end of September.
