Purple Freak feminized is a guerilla grower’s dream! This extremely frosty, mold-resistant “purple mutant” is unlike any cannabis strain you've ever seen before. When planted outdoors it perfectly blends into the surroundings and looks like an exotic fern.

The Khalifa team joined forces with Califrosty Seedbank to combine the insane fern-like leaf mutation with great flavour, potency, mold-resistance and beautiful purple colors. A challenging breeding project, to say the least. The genetics are the result from a cross between a flavourful Berry Freak and devastating Black Kush. Combining so many recessive traits took several years of hard work and dedication. Now at the F4 generation, Frosty’s Purple Freak is consistently freaky, purple, terpy and potent!

This purple mutant begins to appear "freaky" as soon as the first set of true leaves emerges, making it incredibly stealthy from the start. Though its growth is initially slow during the first couple of weeks, these mutant plants experience a growth spurt after about four weeks from germination.

Despite the Sativa genetics being a smaller component of its genetics, Frosty’s Purple Freak can reach heights similar to the classic Skunk #1. It responds well to topping and other training techniques. With numerous branches, this plant features a dense, bushy structure. Thanks to its Indica lineage, it has a rapid flowering period of only 55-65 days. A special feature of this strain is that is can be grown in practically any climate.

The amazing colours first appear on the long, fern-like leaves adopting a subtle purple shade. As the weeks go by, this purple colour deepens, spreading to the bud leaves and covering most of the flowers in a breathtaking display of colour. The large trichomes covering the plant make it truly "frosty" in appearance. 

The captivating scent that wafts from its buds varies from berry to Kush, presenting a delightful range of aromas. The fragrance of Frosty’s Purple Freak can be especially strong for the berry phenotype. As the growth cycle concludes, the sweet berry aroma can become nearly overwhelming and a carbon filter is recommended for indoor spaces.
