Our Super-Stealth Method
Seeds are shipped 100% stealth in discreet packaging to all destinations. There is no information written on the shipment that refers to the contents.
Seeds remain in the original breeder packs only if safe delivery can be assured. This depends on the destination country and order amount. For most countries we ship super-stealth.
All international orders shipped outside of Europe and non-EU orders are sent super-stealth by default. Seeds are concealed for safety and, if necessary, may be removed from the original packets. Whenever possible the original labels/packets are included (exceptions are unsafe or bulky packaging like wooden blocks, aluminium cans, plastic boxes, glass tubes, cork stopper, etc.). You can request to receive seed packaging sent separately (extra shipping fee).
When you receive your delivery check contents carefully and don't throw away anything. If the delivery address is from a friend or family member, make sure they safeguard or open the contents properly and don't throw away anything.

Delivery Methods
Seeds are shipped with standard air mail or registered air mail, depending on your country and customs controls, to ensure that your seed order arrives safely.
Express door-to-door delivery is available for selected countries (see list below).
There is no tracking # for standard air mail. A tracking number is only available for certified air mail and Express delivery.

For the following countries we offer Express door-to-door delivery with online tracking. The shipping cost is a flat rate for max. 2 Kg. packages, therefore you can add as many products as you like up to this weight limit.
Delivery in work days usually takes 1 day in Spain, 3 days to Portugal, 3 days to UK, 4+ days rest of Europe.

Damaged Goods? We Have You Covered
Damages claims are dealt with as quickly as possible and we reship for free once the claim has been approved.
Please note that damaged shipments are very rare due to the care we take in packaging. In case a shipment is damaged (for example, from sorting machines at postal facilities) please contact us immediately and send a photo via email of the damaged contents.
