Its origins can be traced back to Joesy Whales, who crossed Chem Sis with Sour Dubb. After sharing some seeds with his friend Mardogg, four distinct phenotypes of Gorilla Glue were developed. The fourth one, known for its incredibly high trichome production, was chosen for further breeding and stabilization. Anesia obtained an elite version from the Standard Seed Collective and continued to crossbreed and stabilize this exceptional strain.

Original Gorilla #4 feminized grows best using the SCROG method indoors and also thrives in sunny outdoor conditions. However, due to its stretching during the 9-week flowering period, it should only be vegged for 2 weeks before switching to a 12-hour light cycle. The plants reach a height of 140-180 cm indoors and up to 2.5 meters outdoor.
