Christmas Break - Dates and Deadlines
The Mandala Seeds online shop is closed for Christmas break from:
December 2, 2025 - January 1, 2026
Our office remains open until December 15 for shipping and post-sales support.
We are closing ahead of the holiday season. During this time of year the postal services and carriers are dealing with huge backlogs from Black Friday/Christmas mail. Customers are also travelling and often not at home. To avoid unnecessary inconveniences and delivery problems for our customers we always close the shop over this period.

Payment Deadline
The deadline for paying open orders is December 2, unless there is a special agreement with the customer, or if your bank transfer is still on the way.
All customers with a paid order will have their seeds shipped by December 8th.
Our office remains open until December 15. We continue to attend to email enquiries and post-sales support.
Shopping Basket Deactivated
During our Christmas break, the shopping basket is deactivated, and you cannot send an order. The shopping basket will be fully functional again when we reopen on January 2, 2026.
