OUR POLICY FOR SEED DELIVERY

 

100% DISCREET
Seeds are shipped in discreet packaging. There is no information written on the shipment that refers to the contents and no printed invoice.

If the delivery address is from a friend or family member make sure they safeguard or open the contents properly and don't throw away anything.

SUPER STEALTH
All international orders shipped outside of Europe are sent super-stealth by default to ensure safe delivery.

Seeds are removed from the original labels/seed bank packets. The seeds are repacked air-tight, odourless, and stealth. Orders sent without the original packaging are discreetly labelled, so that you can identify different strains from your purchase.

Customers in Europe can also select 'super-stealth'. All non-EU customers should select this option as a precaution.

We will send seeds 'super-stealth' by default to any EU country where there is a high risk of customs control. You will be informed beforehand if we decide to send the order 'super-stealth'.


OPTIONS
The delivery services available are listed on our Shipping page and can be selected during checkout. 

For some destinations there may be a default shipping service - this will be the most reliable service for your country.

CONFIRMATION
Customers receive an email with shipping confirmation and any necessary additional information such as tracking number (if applicable).

DISPATCH
Orders are sent from Spain on Tuesday-Friday generally within 24-48 hrs of receiving payment. Local holidays excluded.

GUARANTEE FOR DAMAGES (SEEDS)
We guarantee that all goods are shipped in a perfect state.
Seeds are packed in a manner to prevent them from being damaged through transportation. However, in rare cases seeds may be damaged due to the shipping and handling by mail services. Therefore, we offer a replacement guarantee for all seeds damaged during delivery under the following terms:

- Claims must be sent in writing via email within 7 days of receiving the order and within 6 weeks from the date of shipping
- Photo of the damaged seed packet is attached to the email (blurry/unsharp images not accepted)

The guarantee includes free shipping.
We do not refund payment for damaged seeds.
