How can I see the order & shipping status?
1. In the copy of the order sent to your email click on the green button 'TRACK ORDER STATUS'
2. If you signed up as a member you receive updates automatically to your email.
3. You can also log in at SANTU to see updates (see below how to create your password during checkout).
Where can I see the tracking number of my shipment?
If you selected or requested registered mail (not available for all countries) your tracking number is shown in the order status page.

How do I become a member in the shop?
Click on 'Sign Up' at the top of the seed bank list. Fill out the details and create your password. Now you can log in to the shop any time and receive member benefits (instant order updates, gift vouchers)
How do I become a member for SANTU and express checkout?
1. Place your order in the shop.
2. Go to 'secure checkout' to enter your shipping address.
3. At the bottom of the page you will see "Create a Santu Express password (optional)... Become a member of Mandala Seeds"
Create your password and send the order.
I have forgotten my password. How can I get a new password?
For the shop:
1. Click on Login and "Forgot your password?"
2. Enter your user name (this is the email you signed up with) and a new password will be emailed to you.

2. Click on "Log In" and "I forgot my password"
You will receive an email with instructions how to create a new password.
