Amnesia Haze is a very complicated genetic cross. You have the magnificent Southeast Asian genetics, (Thai sticks, Cambodian, Laotian) of which were my all time favorites. Then you have the fine Jamaican Haze varieties with their high THC percentage and sharp flavor. It also has an Afghani-Hawaiian genetic crossed in, speeding up the flowering time and further enhancing the taste. The result is a strain that has won first place in 3 different cannabis contests in the Netherlands in the past years, including The High Times Cannabis Cup 2004. Barney’s Breakfast Bar won first place for the all-around Cannabis Cup with the Amnesia Haze that he got from me. It has continued to be one of his best sellers to this present date. For a grower the Amnesia Haze is a slight challenge, taking up to 13 weeks to finish flowering, but with the excellent yield and amazing high and taste, it is well worth it. Not recommended for new growers or outdoor in the north. Amnesia Haze can trigger intense feelings of euphoria, which causes users to feel very happy with average negative side effects such as dry mouth and eyes, paranoia, dizziness, anxiety and headache. This strain treats ailments and are good for daytime use. As with most Sativas, the Amnesia Haze strain is often recommended for people dealing with depression, anxiety and stress-related disorders. To a lesser degree, it may also alleviate nausea, migraines, inflammation and other minor aches and pains.

Kushadelic brings out the delicious psychedelic side of the Kush family. Kushadelic is a hybrid blending the hazier qualities of the sativa with the density of the Kush. For most regions in the world, Kushadelic is an indoor variety, taking over 6 months from seed to finish outdoors, and a full 10 weeks in flowering under lights. There are two phenotypes of the Kushadelic. One is more strongly sativa with a stretchier profile and a stronger haze effect in the buzz. The other in an indica pheno, which stays more squat in structure and reveals more kush influences in the final product. Kushadelic is not a big brancher, but the plants respond well to being topped and will grow nicely as multi-branch plants. They are also a solid choice for a sea of green technique, although the canopy may take some management for consistency. Indoor plants typically finish at 3 feet (1 meter), but when grown outdoors, these plants often reach heights over 7 feet (2.5 meters). Kushadelic buds are large and sweet with an exotic marriage of the floral and earthy tones of the haze-kush combination. The high also brings together the potency of the kush with the happy clarity of the haze to cause a deep sense of response and an introspective yet social attitude.
Lavender's spicy Afghani hash-like taste is smooth and comes with a powerful euphoria. Its cerebral high is followed by a swirling body stone that calms and relaxes, causing most to feel lazy. Inexperienced users may quickly fall asleep. Negative effects may include the familiar cotton mouth, dry eyes, dizziness, and paranoia. Lavender may be used at any time of the day, but some prefer it in the evening or at night to help with insomnia. The strain is often used for pain relief due to its powerful Indica effects. It is an effective medication for stress, anxiety, and depression and is prescribed for PTSD, adult ADD/ADHD as well as obsessive compulsive behavior. Patients also use it to fight nausea and eating disorders such as anorexia. The high CBD content, reaching as much as 1%, may also help combat seizures. Lavender has rich and diverse genetics. Created by Soma Seeds, the strain is a cross between Super Skunk, Big Skunk Korean, and Afghani Hawaiian. Growing well both indoors and out, this strain does best when grown using the Sea of Green technique. A shorter vegetation cycle, however, is recommended for that particular method to control height.
The strain produces a citrus sweet, often described as red grapefruit, flavor that is tinged with just a bit of diesel. Such a rare taste delivers a powerful high that most often energizes users and activates their minds. This activation usually comes coupled with uplifting feelings of euphoria and a burst of insightful creativity. Accompanying these effects are a mildly numbing body stone that can cause some users, especially new users, to feel more lazy and in need of a seat or sleep. NYC Diesel also comes with a powerful “munchies effect” and the common downsides of dry mouth and eyes, paranoia, headaches and dizziness. Typically, this Sativa strain is used as ‘wake and bake’ medication to start off many medical users' day full of energy, but for some it may need to be relegated to afternoon use as it’s high can be quite powerful. As with many other cerebral highs, NYC Diesel is often chosen by patients seeking relief from stress, anxiety and depression related disorders. Even so the strain’s bodily effects are strong enough that they may make mild to moderate chronic aches and pains more manageable. Finally the powerful munchies effect is useful to those looking to increase their appetite and beat various eating disorders.
NYC Diesel comes from Soma Seeds and as the story goes Soma received these seed from a friend in the Big Apple. The friend claimed that the stuff in the bag was the best he had ever had and since the guy had dreads down to the floor, Soma believed him and kept a couple. Reportedly the genetics for this strain are a cross between a Mexican Sativa and an Afghani. Capable of growing both indoors and out, this strain does best inside. Flowering can take up to 85 days.
So Gouda is a phenotype descendant of three legendary strains: UK Cheese and Blueberry, and G13 Haze. SoGouda is a versatile plant and will respond well to a variety of growing methods, including Sea Of Green and SGROG techniques. The Cheese parentage of SoGouda makes her a stinky companion and you will need to think about some effective odour control if you wish to grow this plant discreetly. When smoked, SoGouda weed has a tangy taste that hints at her Blueberry ancestry, you’ll be pleased to know however, that SoGouda weed has kept the G13 Haze part of her heritage for the hit. Delivering a clear euphoric high that will have your heart racing,
