Seeds are shipped 100% stealth in discreet packaging. This applies to both shipping options: with or without original packaging. There is no information written on the shipment that refers to the contents. If the delivery address is from a friend or family member make sure that they safeguard or open the contents and don't throw away anything. We have a very secure stealth shipping method and uninformed recipients may mistake the contents for something else.
Seeds are sent in their original packaging in a 100% discreet 'stealth' way as standard method and are professionally packed to prevent damage. We also offer a replacement guarantee for all Mandala Seeds products sent in the original packs.
Damage to seeds is very rare but we cannot guarantee anything if the original packaging from some seed banks is not crush-proof. If you prefer 100% crush-proof packaging please choose to send in a CD box (see below).
Please note: Greenhouse Seeds, Barney's Farm, DNA Genetics, Reserva Privada, Joint Doctor's Lowryder, The Flying Dutchmen, World of Seeds, Kannabia, Sensi White Label, Big Buddha Seeds, Short Stuff, Sweet Seeds & Kiwiseeds have crush-proof packaging in the form of blister packs or plastic vials. Ace Seeds and Serious Seeds package their seeds in glass vials.
Shipping Options
1. Air Mail in CD box (w/o original packaging) and 'Send seeds without original packaging' are available options during check-out.

If you want no original packaging and also no CD box choose "Air Mail" for shipping and select 'send seeds without original packaging' in the online ordering form after clicking on 'Secure check-out'.
Seeds are repacked air-tight, odourless and stealth for both methods. This is our SUPER-STEALTH shipping. These options are recommended if you think there is a reasonable chance of your mail being opened and examined by other persons than yourself and valuable contents might go missing. The CD box guarantees that seeds are not damaged during delivery. Shipments with CD box are safe and this option does not compromise secure delivery.
Orders sent without the original packaging are discreetly labelled so that you can identify different strains when you purchase more than one.
2. Send seeds with registered mail is an available option in the online ordering form after clicking on 'Secure check-out'.
Select this if you want your shipment protected from being lost. Recommended for large orders, and for certain destinations such as South America, Bulgaria, Hungary, and Russia.
You may have to sign upon delivery. With registered air mail the shipment has a tracking number used by the postal service to detect/retrieve undelivered or missing shipments. It does not provide an online tracking service for the customer except to show when the shipment was dispatched and (in some cases) when it arrived at the destination country.
Missing shipments are only replaced if you select registered mail!
We do not offer registered air mail for the following countries because it complicates delivery: Canada.

Method of shipment
Orders are sent with regular air mail (no tracking number, no signing upon delivery). Due to our careful and professional shipping all our customers can expect to receive their orders safely. Our shipping method has a 99.8% success rate for safe delivery in terms of undamaged goods and receipt of shipment. However, we cannot be held responsible for any failures in the postal system, or if a customer provides an incomplete/faulty address, uses a false name, moves house, etc. (please see our Terms).
The seeds are carefully packed to prevent damage during transportation. Crush-proof packaging is offered by some seed banks and via the addtional option of the CD box. In addition, we offer a replacement guarantee for Mandala Seeds in the event of damage.
Tracking number
There is no tracking number available for regular air mail.
A tracking number can only be provided with registered air mail.
'Send seeds with registered mail' is an available option in the online ordering form after clicking on 'Secure check-out'.

Expedited or express shipping is not available due to lack of options and security issues.
Shipping of orders
Orders are sent from Spain from Tuesday-Friday within 24hrs of receiving payment. Local holidays excluded. Western Union transfers and cash payments sent with Global Express or FedEx are given high priority whenever possible. Customers are always informed of the shipping date via email.

Replacement guarantee for damaged seeds from delivery
We offer a replacement guarantee for all Mandala Seeds strains. Please contact us within 1 week of receiving your order and do not open the sealed breeder pack (ie. original packaging)! We do not accept photos as proof of damage. The damaged pack must be sent back to us unopened to ensure authenticity. The Mandala Seeds breeder pack is transparent to allow good visibility to check if there is any damage to the seeds. There is no guarantee on opened packs!
We replace seeds damaged from delivery under the following conditions:
- Mandala seeds were sent in the original packaging
- the packaging is still sealed
- seeds are sent back to us discreetly in a bubble type envelope (do not send anything without notifying us first and receiving our instructions!).
Please note: we cannot replace seeds if you requested them to be repacked and sealed in neutral bags because these are not transparent and have to be opened to see any damage.
Replacement of missing shipments
Shipments rarely go missing but the postal system is, of course, not perfect. Seeds are replaced on the condition that the customer has requested registered (certified) mail so that there is a tracking number. This is the only proof we have that there has been no delivery. The customer must contact us within 6 weeks of receiving the shipping confirmation. Claims after this deadline cannot be processed because order records will have been deleted.
