Seeds are shipped 100% stealth in discreet packaging. There is no information written on the shipment that refers to the contents.

If the delivery address is from a friend or family member make sure they safeguard or open the contents properly and don't throw away anything.

Super-Stealth

 

 

 

All international orders shipped outside of Europe are sent super-stealth by default.

Seeds are removed from the original labels/seed bank packets. The seeds are repacked air-tight, odourless, and stealth. Orders sent without the original packaging are discreetly labelled, so that you can identify different strains from your purchase.

Customers in Europe can also select 'super-stealth'. This is recommended if you think there is a reasonable chance of your mail being opened and examined by other persons than yourself and valuable contents might go missing. All non-EU customers should select this option as a precaution.

 

 Registered mail

 
  

Only registered mail provides a tracking number. Recommended for large or expensive orders; and for certain destinations such as Bulgaria, Hungary, Romania, Croatia, etc. where the postal system may not be reliable.

Registered mail does not provide live online tracking service.

Shipments lost due to a fault by the postal company are only replaced if you select registered mail. 

You may have to sign upon delivery but this is just a normal procedure by the post office to ensure proper delivery.

U.S.A.

Registered mail is available to USA for orders starting at 100 EURO (exceptions can be made - contact us to enquire).

Canada

Registered mail is not available for Canada because it attracts customs inspection.

 Tracking Number  

 

Only registered mail has a tracking number! There is no tracking number available for 'standard' air mail. 

Customers in the U.S. can request registered mail by adding a message in the secure order form or by contacting us via email. We must receive customer consent!

 

Express Shipping

  Expedited or express shipping is available for certain countries in Europe. It is not available for international orders.

SHIPPING METHOD

Due to our careful and professional shipping all our customers can expect to receive their orders safely. Our shipping method has a 99.8% success rate for safe delivery in terms of undamaged goods and receipt of shipment. However, we cannot be held responsible for any failures in the postal system, or if a customer provides an incomplete/faulty address, uses a false name, moves house.

DAMAGES CLAIM

Please note that damaged shipments are very rare due to the care we take in packaging.

International

All international orders shipped outside of Europe are super-stealth and packed in crushproof packaging.

1. In case a shipment is severely damaged (for example, due to being trapped in a sorting machine at the postal facilities) please contact us immediately and send a photo via email of the crushed contents.

2. Do not open sealed seed packets! Packaging is transparent to allow good visibility to check if there is any damage to the seeds. There is no guarantee on opened packs!

Damaged package claims are dealt with as quickly as possible.


Europe

All super-stealth orders are packed in crushproof packaging.

2. Do not open the sealed seed packets! Packaging is transparent to allow good visibility to check if there is any damage to the seeds. There is no guarantee on opened packs!

3. If you purchased seeds from a seed bank with original seed packaging that does not allow visibility to see damages, but the shipment was crushed, we may request that you send back the shipment to receive full replacement (includes free shipping and extra freebie).

4. Please do not open sealed seed packets if damage is obvious or has already been detected in a packet!

Damaged package claims are dealt with as quickly as possible.

 

REPLACING MISSING SHIPMENTS

Shipments rarely go missing due to failure by the mail service but the postal system is, of course, not perfect. Seeds are replaced on the condition that the customer has requested registered (certified) mail with a tracking number. This is the only proof we have that there has been no delivery.

The customer must contact us within 6 weeks of receiving the shipping confirmation. Claims after this deadline cannot be processed because order records will have been deleted.
